General service terms
- 01Setup fees are due 50% at signing and 50% before launch or final delivery.
- 02Monthly services are paid in advance.
- 03Advertising spend is paid directly by the client.
- 04Printing, fabrication, postage and installation are billed separately.
- 05Travel outside the standard local service area is quoted separately.
- 06Project schedules depend on receiving timely information and approvals.
- 07One client representative should be responsible for approving content and designs.
- 08Monthly service allowances do not roll over unless agreed in writing.
- 09Weather-dependent photography and drone visits may be rescheduled.
- 10Drone services are subject to weather, location, airspace and safety restrictions.
- 11Clients are responsible for securing permission to photograph private properties, customers and employees.
- 12Search rankings, advertising performance, lead volume and revenue cannot be guaranteed.
- 13Results are influenced by competition, customer demand, reputation, pricing, availability and sales follow-up.
- 14Completed and approved photos, videos and designs may be used by the client for company marketing after full payment.
- 15Unedited photographs and video footage are not included unless specifically stated.
- 16Additional revisions or work outside the selected package are quoted separately.
